How does the Checkout+ 90-day return window work?

The extended window is for the customer who simply needs more time to make a decision—not more time to use the product.

The Short Answer

Checkout+ extends eligible returns through the 90th calendar day after delivery.

Days 1–14

The normal return window applies. Eligible products may be refunded through the options available under the Return and Refund Policy, and Checkout+ provides the enhanced benefits applicable during that period.

Days 15–90

The product must still satisfy the normal new, unused, uninstalled, complete, and resellable-condition rules. Approved extended returns are issued as store credit only and are subject to the applicable restocking fee.
