Verification helps us keep Select extremely customer-friendly without leaving the program open to product substitution or fraud.
The Short Answer
We may compare the returned product with your order history and request identifying information before approving the return.
What We May Review
- Order number and original purchaser information.
- Part numbers and manufacturer labels.
- Serial numbers where applicable.
- Unique markings or identifying characteristics.
- Photographs of the current product.
- Other documentation reasonably needed to confirm the item.
Why This Matters
The product returned under Select must be the same product purchased on the qualifying order. Altered identifiers, substitution, or misrepresentation may cause the return to be denied.
