Yes. Select is intentionally generous, and protecting it from abuse helps us keep it that way for legitimate customers.
The Short Answer
Subimods may deny a Select return when there is evidence of fraud, misrepresentation, product substitution, intentional damage, altered identifiers, missing merchandise, or other misuse of the program.
Examples of Program Abuse
- Returning a different product from the one purchased.
- Falsifying order or product information.
- Removing or altering serial numbers or identifying labels to conceal product identity.
- Intentionally damaging or modifying a product and attempting to treat that damage as normal use.
- Keeping components while returning the remainder of the product.
- Attempting to use another customer's Select benefit.
Normal Use Is Not Abuse
Installing and genuinely using the product is exactly what Select is designed to allow. We are focused on preventing misuse of the program, not penalizing legitimate customers for actually trying their parts.
