How does the restocking fee work from Days 15–90?

The longer an item is held outside the standard return window, the larger the deduction becomes.

The Short Answer

The fee begins at 1% on Day 15 after delivery and increases by one percentage point for each additional calendar day.

Examples

• Day 15: 1%.
• Day 30: 16%.
• Day 60: 46%.
• Day 90: 76%.

Refund Method

Approved returns during Days 15–90 are issued as Subimods store credit only, after the applicable fee is deducted.
