Yes. We want Checkout+ to stay easy and generous for customers using it legitimately, which means we also need to protect the program from misuse.
The Short Answer
Returns or claims may be denied when there is evidence of fraud, product substitution, intentional damage, falsified information, missing merchandise, manipulated shipment claims, or other abuse of the program.
Verification
Subimods may request photos, order information, carrier documentation, product identifiers, or other reasonable evidence needed to review a claim or return.
Our Goal
The program is built to solve real problems quickly—not to create friction for legitimate customers.
