What Can Make a Subimods Select Product Ineligible for Return?

Select is intentionally flexible, but the program still needs reasonable boundaries.

The Short Answer

A return may be denied if the product has been intentionally modified, abused, damaged in an accident, materially altered, substituted, or returned incomplete.

Examples

• Cutting, drilling, welding, painting, or other intentional alteration.
• Crash, impact, or accident damage.
• Damage caused by misuse or abuse.
• Removed, altered, or mismatched identifying information.
• Missing major components or merchandise originally supplied with the product.
• Returning a different item than the one originally purchased.

Normal Use Is Different

Reasonable wear from properly installing and using the product is expected and does not, by itself, make the product ineligible.
