Can I Add an Item to an Existing Order?

Adding one more part to a recent order sounds simple, but changing an active fulfillment record can sometimes create delays or errors.

The Short Answer

In most cases, placing a separate order is the safest and fastest option. We cannot guarantee that an item can be added or that separate orders can be combined.

Why Separate Orders May Be Better

The original order may already be picked, packed, transferred, or assigned to a shipping service. Reopening it can disrupt fulfillment or delay items that are ready to move.

Shipping Charges

We cannot promise that shipping charges can be combined, removed, or refunded after separate orders are placed.
