Why the Answer Can Differ by Item

Products in the same order may be stocked at different locations, shipped by different providers, or processed at different times. One item may still be stoppable while another is already committed to shipment.

What to Send

Email support@subimods.com with the order number, exact item, quantity, and reason for the request. Do not assume the item was removed until we confirm it.

If It Cannot Be Removed
