How Are Approved Cancellation Refunds Issued?

Once a cancellation is successfully completed, the refund process begins.

The Short Answer

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.

When Will the Credit Appear?

Subimods can submit the refund, but the posting time is controlled by the bank, card issuer, financing provider, or other payment service. It may take additional business days for the credit to appear.

Partial Cancellations

If only part of an order is canceled, the refund will generally reflect the approved canceled item or amount. Shipping, discounts, taxes, and other order-level calculations may need to be recalculated based on the final order.

If the Order Already Shipped

The transaction is no longer handled as a simple cancellation. Any refund will follow the applicable requirements and procedures in the Return and Refund Policy.
