Visit the Subimods Return Center, enter your order number and the email address used for the order, and select the item you want to return.

What Happens Next

Our team reviews the request and may ask for photographs, documentation, product details, or clarification. Once approved, you will receive an email with return instructions and shipping guidance.

Do Not Ship Before Approval

Items returned without an approved request may be refused and sent back to the customer.
