Will I Get My Original Shipping Charges Back?

The refundable amount depends on the reason for the return and who is responsible for the issue.

The Short Answer

For customer-choice returns, refunds are generally limited to the approved net product total. Original shipping and other order-related fees are normally not refundable.

Charges That Are Usually Non-Refundable

• Original standard or expedited shipping.
• Duties, taxes, and brokerage charges.
• Other order-related fees.

When the Review May Be Different

If Subimods confirms that the return resulted from our error or another circumstance for which we accept responsibility, we will evaluate the appropriate refund based on the facts of the request.

Return Label Costs

When a customer-paid label is purchased through or provided by Subimods, its cost may be deducted from the approved refund. Checkout+ may remove that label cost for an eligible request.
