What Items Cannot Be Returned?

Most return questions are straightforward, but some products cannot safely or reasonably be accepted back.

The Short Answer

Non-returnable items include gift cards, final-sale merchandise, special or custom orders, installed or modified products, incomplete items, discontinued products, hazardous materials, and products damaged after delivery.

Common Reasons an Item Is Not Eligible

• Used, installed, altered, assembled, or installation-attempted.
• Missing packaging, tags, literature, hardware, accessories, or components.
• Marked clearance, closeout, liquidation, or final sale.
• Special order, custom order, or made to order.
• Unable to be shipped legally or safely through normal return channels.
• Gift Cards, Store Credits, Rewards Points

Checkout+ Does Not Override Exclusions
