How Long Does a Refund Take?

We know the return is not finished from the customer’s perspective until the refund appears.

The Short Answer

Approved refunds are generally processed by Subimods within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

What Happens After Delivery

Receiving the package does not automatically complete the return. Our team must inspect the product, packaging, components, and condition before the refund is approved, partially approved, or denied.

Bank Processing Time

After Subimods processes the refund, the bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds to the account.

Refund Amount

The approved amount may reflect return shipping, missing components, condition issues, or non-refundable order charges when applicable.
