We know you are ready to get your parts on the car, and our team works to move orders out as quickly and accurately as possible.
The Short Answer
In-stock orders generally require 1–2 business days for processing before they are handed to the carrier. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time enter the shipping queue on the next business day.
What Processing Means
Processing includes reviewing the order, confirming inventory, picking and packing the products, and preparing the shipment for the carrier. This is separate from the delivery time shown for the shipping method selected at checkout.
How Our Queue Works
Orders are generally processed in the order they are received. Choosing a faster shipping service changes the carrier’s transit speed after pickup, but it does not move an order ahead of other customers in the warehouse queue.
When to Contact Us
If your order has remained unchanged beyond the expected processing window, email support@subimods.com. We will review the order and tell you exactly what is holding it up and what the next step is.
