The Short Answer
Some orders require additional payment or fraud verification before fulfillment. An order selected for review is removed from the normal processing queue until the review is completed.
What We May Request
Subimods may ask for supporting information needed to confirm the buyer, billing details, shipping destination, or authorization for the transaction. Only provide information through the communication method identified by our team.
What Happens Next
If the order is verified, it returns to processing. If the information cannot be verified, Subimods may cancel and refund the order according to the payment method and applicable policy.
