Receiving a tracking number with no visible movement can look concerning, but it is a normal part of many shipments.
The Short Answer
Tracking information is normally sent after a shipping label is created. Carrier activity may not appear immediately and can take 24–48 hours to update after the package is transferred into the carrier network.
Label Created vs. Carrier Accepted
A “label created” status means the shipment information exists. It does not always mean the carrier has completed the first physical scan. Bulk pickups and network handoffs can also delay the first visible update.
What You Should Do
Allow the normal scan window, then refresh the carrier’s tracking page. If there is still no movement, email support@subimods.com with your order number. We will review the shipment record and determine whether follow-up is needed.
Important Note
Carrier tracking is the best available record of movement, but scans and estimated dates can be delayed or corrected.
