If your order is being delivered within the United States, an unexpected import charge deserves a closer look.
The Short Answer
When an order ships from an overseas fulfillment location to a U.S. destination under Delivered Duty Paid terms, Subimods intends to cover the applicable import duties and taxes.
What to Send Us
- Your Subimods order number.
- A copy of the carrier invoice, receipt, or payment request.
- Proof of payment if the charge has already been paid.
- Any deadline or delivery hold shown by the carrier.
How We Review It
Email the documents to support@subimods.com. We will confirm the shipment terms and determine the appropriate next step. Do not ignore a carrier deadline, as that may cause the package to be returned or incur additional charges.
Important Distinction
This guidance applies to qualifying domestic U.S. deliveries. International recipients are generally responsible for their destination-country duties, taxes, and brokerage charges.
The Shipping Policy contains the complete terms.
