Refusing a package can seem like the fastest solution, but it often creates extra time and carrier costs. Contact us first whenever possible so we can explain the best available path.
The Short Answer
Refused or undeliverable shipments are handled after they are returned to Subimods or the applicable fulfillment partner and the return is confirmed.
Possible Costs
Carrier fees, return shipping, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, address-correction charges, and other costs may be deducted from any refund that is otherwise available.
Common Causes
- An incomplete or incorrect address.
- Failed delivery attempts or an unclaimed package.
- The recipient refusing delivery.
- Unpaid import or carrier charges.
What to Do
Email support@subimods.com as soon as you see a delivery problem. We will review whether a correction, carrier request, return, or another option is still available. Address changes and intercepts cannot be guaranteed.
Review the Shipping Policy and applicable return terms for complete details.
