Seeing only part of an order arrive can be confusing, but split shipments are common and usually mean we are getting available items moving instead of holding everything back.
The Short Answer
One order may be divided into multiple shipments, each with its own tracking number and delivery date.
Common Reasons
- Products are stocked at different warehouses.
- One or more items ship directly from a manufacturer or fulfillment partner.
- Products become available at different times.
- Items require different package types, carriers, or shipping services.
What to Check
Review all shipment confirmation emails and tracking numbers associated with the order. A packing slip may also show which items were included in a specific package.
Still Missing Something?
If every tracking number shows delivered and an item is still unaccounted for, email support@subimods.com. We will compare the order, shipment records, and package contents with you.
A split shipment does not automatically create an additional shipping charge beyond the amount accepted at checkout unless a later change is separately authorized. Review the Shipping Policy for complete terms.
